We manufacture custom inserts for the high end furniture manufactures. The same construction techniques also applies to QUALITY pet's bedding, and pets can certainly benefit from the warm and comfort that down and feathers provide. We also make a less expensive line of polyester filled and solid foam beds for pets.
We are offering pet bedding, in several construction styles, and in a wide range of polyester/feather/down fill. We can make a custom bed for your pet (for a cover you may already own, or custom fit for your dog house) in the size, construction style, and fill of your choice....At wholesale prices, just like we would for a furniture maker or a decorator. CONSTRUCTION STYLES:
BAND ALL AROUND with INNER CHANNELS
Instead of a knife edge, we use a band all around (2'' to 4" band) to make the bed thicker. We also use inner channel construction to keep the fill evenly distributed at all times. The compartments are filled with your choice of polyester fiber, or various blends of FEATHERS/DOWN, including 100% DOWN.
FOAM IN BOTTOM - FILL ON TOP with Channels
The second type of construction, (for larger, and heavier pets) also uses a band all around, and adds a layer foam on the bottom, for extra support, with the layer of fill (polyester, or FEATHER/DOWN) on top.

COVERS
We have available a very comfortable blue colored hospital grade vinyl cover, which is bacteria resistant, fire resistant, and water proof, ideal for both indoors/outdoors and specially for bed wetter (puppies and older dogs). It is micro vented, so that it breaths, and just wipes clean! These covers come with a durable brass zipper.

The following is a list of very popular sizes that fit covers from mayor manufactures, for those of you who want to upgrade to a better and more comfortable bed for your pet. You are also likely to find a size that will fit your pet's kennel carrier boxes used to transport pets. It is best to pick a bed size that's a couple of inches bigger than your existing cover or kennel carrier box.

The most common (economical) filler material used in pet bedding. We go a step further and use the Dura-soff conjugated polyester fiber, the same fiber we use for the high end furniture manufacturers. Dura-soff is much more comfortable than regular polyester fiber.

10% Down/ 90% Feathers Pet Beds
This is a blend of 10% down and 90% feathers, makes a very durable, quality bed, providing the "warmth" and feel of feathers at budget price. Almost all the feather beds (for humans) are filled with the 10%down/90%feather blend.

Shipping : Most orders are shipped within 3 working days, but cushions require about 4 working days (we do EVERYTHING possible for prompt delivery; orders usually leave our facilities within 2 working days). ADD to that, what the carrier takes ( OVERNIGHT, 2nd day air, 3 day ground ...etc). Even if you choose NEXT DAY SHIPPING, don't expect your order to arrive "next day".
UPS ground is the most cost effective way to ship pillows, other options may turn out to be expensive. We are in Miami, allow an additional 3 to 6 days for UPS to deliver (3 days to NY, 6 days to CA). If you need something in a rush contact us and we will try to accommodate your special needs.
